Smart parking occupancy
Two Raspberry Pis, two sensors, one live bay count you can trust.

- Tuchopini
An entrance/exit pair of Raspberry Pis, each combining YOLO detection with an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor. The count only changes when both fire, which removes the false positives that make cheap counters useless. The Pis synchronise, serve a live dashboard and a REST API, and can signal barriers over GPIO.
What it does
- Dual-trigger logic: detection AND proximity within 30 cm
- Entrance/exit synchronisation
- Live dashboard and REST API
- pytest suite
A camera alone counts the cat and the plastic bag; an ultrasonic sensor alone counts the trolley. Requiring both to agree is the whole product.
