A body-capture model recovers a world-grounded body from a single phone video, which is retargeted onto rigged 3D kids with foot-contact clean-up. A second tool turns a selfie video or a bare WAV into a 52-blendshape facial animation track for the same rigs. Results: a 79-second three-kid dance render, a 91-second beat-cut TikTok dance and lip-synced Amare shots.
The show's characters can dance to any track in a day.
