A 12-episode children's series for ages 4–8 with an autistic protagonist and a bilingual English and Kiswahili channel of 20K+ subscribers. Episode 1 went from script to a finished master through a nine-stage image-to-video pipeline: 100 keyframes, 100 motion clips, cloned child voices, lip-sync, five chapter cuts, seven mood beds, nine SFX and a multi-mood re-score, for roughly USD 100 of generation spend. Also a Roblox world, a theme song, poster art and 3D character versions.
What it does
- Autism-friendly pacing rules (no strobes)
- Cloned character voices in English and Swahili
- Nine 2752x1536 character turnaround sheets
- Pipeline packaged as a reusable agent skill
The pipeline is the product: a new episode is a script and a shotlist away.
