Contractors upload electrical drawings; vision models (a hosted primary with a locally run fallback) count fixtures and produce an itemised, priced bill of quantities. Async API backend with versioned database migrations, a single-page front end and deployment configs for two hosts.
This is where the engineering degree and the software meet: knowing what an installation actually needs is what makes the estimate trustworthy.
