An Android app that detects M-Pesa income from the SMS, runs an on-device rules engine to propose a split across bills, savings and spending, and executes it by STK Push in a few taps. Income-triggered rather than calendar-triggered, so it works for irregular earners.
The insight is the trigger. Every other tool asks 'what date?'; Sospesa asks 'has the money arrived?'
