Single-page Tailwind and GSAP site with a hero video transcoded to an all-keyframe scrub clip and a 121-frame image fallback, property cards for Ruiru and Juja estates, and consultancy, valuation, sales and management copy with WhatsApp CTAs. Aerial plot imagery generated in the media pipeline.
